Return Policy

Items under manufacturing warranty are stipulated in the description of the goods. Unless stipulated otherwise in the product information.

Faulty Goods Under Warranty
All goods under warranty can be returned, if defective during the warranty period. Brandsmena will replace or repair the goods for free, while the buyer has to pay the return and delivery shipment fees. If the product was found to be tampered or damaged, then the warranty becomes void.

 Faulty Goods Not Under Warranty

If the product is faulty, the buyer must call Brandsmena and can return it within one day after receiving it; Brandsmena will cover the return shipment. Buyer has the option of either being refunded, product repaired or replaced free of charge as long as the product is not tampered or damaged. If the product was found to be tampered, damaged, the package missing any included items, catalogues, etc. or torn into pieces, Brandsmena has the right not to exchange, repair or refund the faulty product. Brandsmena will cover the delivery shipment fee of the repaired or replaced product.

 Returns

Buyer is entitled to a refund of the product as long as the product is neither tampered or damaged. Refund doesn’t cover delivery and return shipment fees. The product should not be tampered with, otherwise it will no longer be qualified for a refund. Make sure the package is returned the same condition as received and has no missing items, including labels, original packing and accessories.
